The Farm is the name given to the first stone building. It is close to the pool and has a wooden porch for breakfast or aperitifs. It has two floors: the upper floor with three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the lower with a room with bathroom (handicap and stroller accessible from the ground floor), a kitchen, and a dining room with a fireplace and a lounge. In front, there is a perfectly sunny lawn area overlooking the Trasimeno, the Val di Chiana, and the Fortress of Girifalco Cortona.
Ground floor
The ground floor has a kitchen, living room with a fireplace, and a dining room.
Blue room: It is a double room with a cot and a bathroom, handicap and stroller accessible
Second Floor
Celestial Room: after climbing the stairs, the first room on the left is a double room with an adjoining bathroom.
Sage Room: the first room up the stairs on the left is a double
Purple Room: the last room up the stairs on the left is a triple room with a shared adjacent bathroom
You can add beds in each room. Cleaning services and linen can be provided as an extra and are not included in the price.
